Privacy Policy

Last Updated: November 10, 2025

🔒 Our Privacy Commitment

Privacy isn't a feature at ClientN – it's the foundation of everything we build. We collect zero personal data because we don't need it, and we never will. Your digital identity belongs to you, always.

Pre-Launch Notice: ClientN is currently in development and scheduled to launch in the second half of 2026. This Privacy Policy covers our current website and waitlist activities. A comprehensive privacy policy for the ClientN authentication service will be provided before launch.

1. Introduction

At ClientN, we believe privacy is a fundamental right, not a luxury. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website or join our waitlist.

This policy applies to the ClientN website (clientn.com) and related pre-launch activities. Additional privacy terms will apply when the ClientN authentication service launches in the second half of 2026.

2. Our Privacy Principles

Our approach to privacy is guided by these core principles:

  • Privacy First: Privacy is not a feature – it's the foundation of everything we build
  • Minimal Data Collection: We only collect what is absolutely necessary and nothing more
  • No Data Selling: We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties
  • Transparency: We are open and honest about what data we collect and why
  • User Control: You have full control over your data and can delete it at any time
  • Security: We implement strong security measures to protect your information

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Waitlist Information

When you join the ClientN waitlist, we collect:

That's it. We do not collect your name, location, or any other personal information when you join the waitlist.

3.2 Feedback and Ideas

If you submit feedback or ideas through our website forms, we collect:

  • Your Feedback: The content of your suggestions or ideas
  • Email Address (Optional): Only if you choose to provide it

3.3 Technical Information

When you visit our website, our server automatically logs:

  • Basic Server Logs: IP address, browser type, referring pages, and pages visited
  • Access Times: Date and time of access

This information is collected for security purposes, to maintain website functionality, and to understand general usage patterns. We do not use this information to track individual users or create user profiles.

3.4 Cookies

Important: This website does not currently use cookies. We do not track your browsing behavior across the internet or use third-party tracking technologies.

We may implement strictly necessary cookies in the future for essential website functionality only. If we do, we will update this policy and notify waitlist members.

5.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, user information may be transferred. We will notify users via email and prominent notice on our website before any such transfer.
